Parent Referral Program


Pine Hills School is pleased to announce the launch of our new Referral Programme, designed to offer commissions to parents and agents for every student they introduce to our school. 
 
This programme is open to all parents and agents of Pine Hills International School, Sri Pine Hills Private School, and Gifted Kids Care Centre.
 
As a member of the Referral Programme you will earn a commission for every student you refer, who enrols at our school. 
 
The more students you refer, the more commission you will earn, up to a maximum of three years (36 months).
 
This Referral Programme is designed to help towards your child’s tuition fees, and to grow our school community. 
 
We encourage all parents to participate and take advantage of this exciting opportunity!


STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS 
  1. The parent must have a child currently attending/studying at one of the schools within the Pine Hills Group of Schools.
  2. Review and sign the Pine Hills Referral Programme agreement as provided.
  3. Attend the mandatory training session to gain a comprehensive understanding of Pine Hills' educational system, services, and programmes.
  4. Once qualified, the Pine Hills Business Development team will initiate the registration process and activate the Referral Programme System online account for the parent.
  5. Provide the Business Development team member with the details of any prospective parents/students you wish to enrol, including the full names of the parent and child.
  6. Sit back and enjoy your referral commission for as long as the student remains enrolled in our school for up to three years (36 months).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
Pine Hills School is pleased to offer a referral programme to all parents whose children are currently enrolled and studying at Pine Hills International School, Sri Pine Hills Private School, or Gifted Kids Care Centre. This Referral Programme is designed to benefit everyone and we encourage all eligible parents to participate. This agreement is currently valid for all student enrolments from December 1st, 2022 to November 30th, 2023.
 
For each successful enrolment, a referral commission will be paid for a maximum of three years (36 months) provided the referred students remain enrolled with Pine Hills Schools. The referral commission will be capped at no more than 5% of the registration fees (first month) and monthly tuition fees for up to three years (36 months). The referral commission will be issued via cheque or bank transfer and will be payable only to referrers/parents who have been registered in our system. Once registered, referrers/parents can log in to their individual Referral Programme System accounts and check their commission status online.
